Thanks I believe they are white. If I have some time at work this week, I'll rig up something to test the LEDs to see what color they are. I kept all the LEDs that i removed and labeled them, so I can tell you what color is where.

Me neither, I wish I could make them white. The color in the needle comes from a piece of red paper or material that is inside the needle so you would have to replace the needle itself. Next time I take the needles off to replace more LEDs, I'll look at the needle to see if it's possible to change it.
