Hey, I'm going to be doing the same thing using a domestic 4AGZE block, blueprinted and shotpeened bottom end. I've seen other guys using stock internals on the 7 rib block and GZE internals pushing 250+ hp no problem. They say 300+ should be good too... I would use a Turbonetics Ball Bearing turbo, or even a Skyline ball bearing turbo...both are T3. I think it's possible to do cheaper alternatives like using a T25 off an early talon.
