Get the dealer to inspect the sunroof weatherstripping...i have a 2003 ES300 and my sunroof would rattle when closed due to the weatherstrip rubbing against the body...i replaced the weatherstrip, and no issues since.
As far as the visor goes, thats common. the gen 6 visors are clipped on instead of screwed in like on older toyotas, so the clips can come loose over time. Sadly, you cant just replace the clips but you have to replace the whole visor. I know you can remove the visor and bend the metal clips to make it reattach securely again, but its always going to keep coming loose until it has been replaced.
