As far as the visor goes, thats common. the gen 6 visors are clipped on instead of screwed in like on older toyotas, so the clips can come loose over time. Sadly, you cant just replace the clips but you have to replace the whole visor. I know you can remove the visor and bend the metal clips to make it reattach securely again, but its always going to keep coming loose until it has been replaced.

I will definitely mention that to them when I bring the car back this Friday. I can't believe Toyota could make such a poorly built car. I guess that's just how it is nowadays when every company is trying to cut costs somehow.
