It may be a crank bearing. Sometimes the front crank bearing can get some play in it from being constantly loaded by the belt, and make that sound as it loads and unloads. Certainly try removing the belt all together and see if it makes the noise. If it does, you know it's not the belt or tensioner, and the crank bearings are likely okay as well.
I assume you're chasing the low "thumping" sound. That seems pretty slow to be related to anything on the crank. But it sounds like it's deep enough and low enough physically in the engine that it can't be anything else. Could be something odd like an oil pump.
