There are no springs with that little of a drop available for your car. The least I know of is Eibachs (or TRD, same dif) which will lower the car 1.2 inches. Remember, with stiffer shocks even though the car is lower, it moves less when the springs are compressed. People often use KYB GR-2 shocks on the Corolla and another, even stiffer (more expensive) shock is the Tociko HP.

The only option to acheive such a minimal drop of less than an inch is to use coil-overs which are adjustable from 0-4" drop....
