Thoughts on 65mph vibration on 2008 LE V6

There is a vibration on my 2008 LE V6, which the stealer can't seem to fix. There is a vibration between 65 and 80 mph. After I rotate the tires the vibration is much less noticeable. Then after another rotation, which happens every 5000 K, the vibration comes back and is very noticeable.

The toyota technical rep test drove and could not seem to agree to any problem, which is not a surprise - but had the stealer replace 2 Bridgestone tires. This did not help.

The tires/wheels have been rebalanced 3 or 4 times and car has 16k miles on it. This problem was noticeable since the car was new.

Do you think I need to find a shop with a better Hunter road force wheel balancing machine? Or is it possible it could be an out-of-round rim?

Any help and/or insights would be greatly appreciated.

rgds,
mitch
