Locks don't want to open in hot temps.

This is more of an annoying problem rather than urgent, and it's something that's been happening for the past couple of years in hot temperatures.

Whether pressing Unlock on the keyless entry, or unlocking a door with the key, some doors will not unlock in hot temperatures. I can't say fur sure what temperature this happen in, but maybe when it's in the 90's, or especially 100's, or even in the 80's but really sunny and humid so it feels like it's 90's. Basically, when it's hot out.

It has happened this year, last year, and probably even the year before. It seems like the driver's side door is the first to go. Then if I wait too long before getting out to my car, the passenger side door does the same. If even longer, the rear driver's side door goes. I think it's only the rear passenger side door that has never done this.

Any ideas what's malfunctioning in hot temps?

The lock WANTS to turn... it does about halfway, you can even hear the noise sometimes. But it just doesn't unlock.

...if this ever happens to all four doors, that's going to be a problem.

Parking in the shade helps.
