That's normal. My 4Runner does that...I guess it's a safety measure so you don't overheat the engine at idle with so much strain on it. Now, if you're not getting cold air at idle, then you've got a problem. RPM's stay fairly steady when A/C is on or not... __________________ Don't know, don't care, everyone is entitled to my opinion. Lowering your car is hazardous to your health -Toyota 4Runner
