Haven't had a chance to look into it though. Would be nice to figure this out. I wonder if it's transmission related on older 3 speed autos placing a drag on the motor??? Torque converter drag? I know when they go you usually don't have any torque and you get slipping but what if something gets warped and drags at low idle?? Or internal parts? Just thiniking out loud.
