Nothing wrong with this Lawsuit.

There are fail-safes that should be present in the cars but are not. Any time a car is in wide open throttle and the brakes are depressed - it should have an emergency fail safe.

Yes, most people are effing dumbasses as evidenced by the fact that they don't know WTF Neutral Gear even is, but Toyota also needs to get their shit straight.
