What do you folks think about carrying a Vespa scooter using a carrier like this, with a Class III hitch? http://www.discountramps.com/tilting...cycle_rack.htm Scooter and carrier weight = about 300 lbs. I am thinking of buying 6 - 50 lb sacks of concrete, put them above the folded down third row seats, and drive around to see how it feels. Good idea? Should I consider heavier rear shocks, or anyghing like that?
