The alloy wheel is slightly lighter than the steel wheel. Howerver, the alloy wheels were not weighted before they are mounted.
4 stock wheels with stock wheel covers were found to weight 80 lbs by bathroom scale.
It would mean 1 stock wheel with cover weights about 20 lbs.

You should be able to easily find a 15" alloy wheel that weighs less than the 20 lbs, the Enkei PF01 that I ordered in a 17" x 8" only weighs 15.5 lbs!
