You can get some good info from the link. Also check out http://homemadeturbo.com it is quite inspiring As far as cost. It'll cost you as little as you can find the part for. That can be anywhere from $800-1500USD. Plus it'll all have to be custom. I hope your quite mechanically gifted Good Luck
