I believe that if they made Cressida's of the same year also in manual, then it would be totally possible. Because auto manufacturers, when they make cars in both manual and auto, they start with manual and make it. Then they seal up all the unnecessary holes and whatnot and then turn it into an automatic. It sounds good what you are doing.
