How can a non-projector HID setup, on a halogen reflector give a cutoff? The ES330, IS300 have HID reflectors and hence their lines (and no glare). Am i the only one seeing a plug+play with projector cutt off beam pattern.??

HID definitely works well with proejctors however we have performed numerous conversions on vehicles with non projector housings....

HIDS installed in Prelude (reflector housing):

Toyota Matrix (reflector housing):

Volvo V70 (reflector housing):

If I am correct, it's not a group buy like a normal one where we all choose and purchase at once. The "group buy" is the deal we are all getting when ever we choose to buy from them.

That is correct. As long as the group buy promo is still on! Once it expires the prices go back up to regular price.
