The easiest way would be to go to a junk yard and find a pair from another Tacoma of about the same age. They will probably bolt right in. The cheapest way would be to find a pair out of something else. Then fabricate the mounts to adapt them to your mounting holes. It is not hard to do. I have done it the second way a couple of times and am about to do it again.
