installing strut bar

I'm thinking about purchasing a xB and ordering the Hotchkiss strut bar separately. I was wondering if it is simple undo the strut bolts, put the bar on, and tighten or do I have to worry about alignment and other issues. Has anyone tried this on their own?

It's just a simple bolt-on. You'll have to jack the car up in the air to get the wheels off the ground so you can push the strut down in order to get the clearance needed to get the rear bolts off and on again. But it's no big deal. I did one for a customer 2 days ago, took just a few minutes with a 12mm combination wrench.
