Question stereo kit

what type of stereo kit would i get for an xB, since the original is so large and i would be getting a head unit about half the size?

Yeah, I think that's the one I got. If it is, you have to take a look at your mounting holes BEFORE you break the tabs. The instructions were right, but the pictures were wrong so I ended up breaking off the wrong tabs . KrazyGlue and a Hot Glue Gun fixed me up though.

you can get any radio you want, as long as you get an install kit with it

but we have double din sized units.

your better off at a car stereo place, youll get better vievs and better quality instalation, but it is easy to install yourself

yeah i agree with the thread, dont get a double din radio they are overprices and nominally obsolete if you ever want to sell the car and move the radio, do yourself a favor and make a custom panel out of CF, fiberglass, aluminum, anything and mount a single din in it. youll have a lot more options. in the future you can always use the extra space for gauges/a flip out screen .... the options are endless
