If anything i would go w/ the tC but she wants the box. I hear their roomy, ok on power though but moddable nonetheless. Nothing that a set of 18's, lowered, maybe I/E wouldn't hurt.

i want to help you but i cant really explain it. you must see it in person especially sitting in one. xB has 5 seater. mods? alot of aftermarket stuff for it or you can get some TRD goodies. im getting 28-30mpg in my xB. problems? Scion is part of Toyota, problems are rare for a new car. the only bad thing about it is that it doesnt have enough power, so it will take time for the car to make it up to speed. good luck

I don't think it would matter for the most part, maybe a tiny mod here or there. But I'm not the expert on these things >.< Hopefully a F/I guru sees this

I looked at an Xb today and to be honest with you, Id go with the Xa over the Xb. The Xa has sleeker styling and gets better milage and looks to have as much interior room as the Xb.
Then again, if it were me Id keep the Avalon as long as its not giving you trouble.

Super Street did an install and review of the Blitz Compressor. I probably think it got at least 25whp. I gotta dig through my magazines and find this article.

The XB is a nice roomy car. As for as a supercharger goes, i dont think they have a TRD supercharger for the xb, but i could be wrong. from my knowedge, they only make a supercharger for the TC. They do have the sports muffler and the CAI as for performance. THats not saying that a different company doesn't make one though.

How could you be with a woman so long and not teach her how to drive stick? Just kidding, that question was supposed to have the non-nasty meaning.

because every vehicle i had that had a stick had at least 375 horse with racing clutches (my mustangs)......not really ideal for someone learning to drive stick. a friend of mine taught her to drive on his 99 maxima...but she really isnt comfortable with it and doesnt want to deal with driving a stick here on base with all the traffic................ I agree, the possibilities are endless, I mean the lines of the car have styiling like the mercedes SUV did, and the add ons are insane for it
