Well, your first problem is that 9.5 wide wheels are kinda big.

where is it rubbing?

if it's rubbing the fender sheet metal, you can roll the lip. if it's rubbing the wheel well liner, you 'll probably have to remove the liner.

You can also go to a narrower tire so that the sidewalls are not bulging outwards

Personally, I'd say just get a narrower wheel and tire package.

trust me....bigger is better, it looks so clean having a staggered application, what about ajusting the camber on the rear wheels so they lean in a little at the top, i know it will cause premature tread wear, but its better than scraping at every turn

If you can afford new 19" tires all the time, go ahead. 19" tires probably cost more than my wheels and tires combined. (but i do only run 15" on my echo).

I like go more than show, which is why I suggested smaller wheels...

You never said where it is rubbing. Rolling the fender is a popular method of dealing with tires rubbing, but it has to be done properly and rust proofed to prevent premature rust in that area.

you have a few options you can do, roll fenders, raise your suspension back up, or different wheels
