I have a 2000 Sienna, and the Tire Light works well. Had a slow leak from a nail I did not even notice. But, the light came on. I stopped and saw that my left rear tire had lost pressure.

The Reset botton is on the lower left hand side of the steering. Turn the car on and leave it in Park Position.. it will not reset if the car is not turned on. Hold the botton down for few second till the Tire Light blinks three time.... once it blinks 3 times, its done reseting.

That is exactly what to do. Works well. Manual will also tell you that the system needs some time to readjust it's calibrations so sensor may not be accurate for a few days while it learns the new rotational speeds, etc.
