This seems to be a common problem and I wondered if a better connector and bigger gauge wire would take care of the problem.
It could be from the brushes gitting worn down/out/dirty and causing a higher amperage load on the wires...not sure.
I'll still move forward with comparing with the Camry blower...maybe I can learn something from it.
