definatly stay away from the dealerships, unless you feel like being ripped off. you can usualy find the same part for sometimes half as much, and of better quality.
for 500$ you can buy a complete rebuild for your 22re...this will last you another 300,000 miles (yeah, no typo)...thats if you do the work yourself. get a buddy, or just go for it... like i posted before check that other forum...more knowledgable then this one. they will help you more. lots of tips/hints/old posts.
