Shifting out of Park?

Hey guys. I posted this awhile ago, but I thought I would ask again to see if anyone else has noticed this. I found as the months have gone on, shifting out of park in the Auto has become harder. In the beginning it was like butter like the rest of the gears, but now you have to apply a little more pressure. Brake lights work good and it shifts but a little harder now. Do you think I should get it checked? Thanks.
