leakdown test..
Unless the mechanics can tell exactly why the water is in the oil?..
The problem might not even be the head gasket.., it could be the timing chain cover, and it may be wise to have a leak-down test done as well...

Its possible the thing will need an entire rebuild anyways.., but valves and headgasket/timing gear may do the trick.
