Power Steering Fluid Change (2009 Matrix 4L 1.8)

Hi everyone, having question on Power Steering Fluid Change.

Recently, I notice there is a strange noise when I turn the steering all to the left. My dad guesses that it maybe the steering pump. He knows where it is but has no idea how to start. Hope you can give him some idea.

Picture/Video would be a plus.

Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Have a good day everyone.

This generation of Matrix uses EPS (Electric Power Steering) - so there is no vane pump or fluid reservoir.

The EPS does make some strange grunting noises / with some subtle vibrations when you turn the steering wheel, but that is considered normal operation.
