" Indeed. I've got 17x8s with a +46 offset. They sat in too far so I got 20mm wheel adapters to make it a +26 offset. I thought it was going to make the wheel/tire combo stick out too far but I'm really diggin' it. "
Steve, I'm about to embark on spacers too....I'm trying to decide on 20mm or 25mm. Can u post some pics?
Thx,
Manny
Just came back from being sick with a reoccuring nasty respiratory tract infection/toothache/exams/work, etc, etc, etc.
I hope all is good now. I CAN'T STAND respiratory problems. Makes me feel absolutely helpless.
Here you go Manny. I was pretty positive that sitting +26 with an 8" wheel was going to be wayyy too wide of a stance but it turned out to be almost exactly what I was going for. Flush with the fender. I'm very happy with it.
I'm having a hell of a time getting all the nastiness off of the sidewall of these tires as you can see on the rear passenger. Irritating.

That looks great! Are you using spacers on that or is that just the offset of the wheel itself? And I hear that, having Asthma is horrible.

Thanks.
I'm all better now, just being careful and watching what I eat. Had a residual cough that I thought would never go away. Felt like I was going to cough a lung out at one point. Definitely not a fun time to go through. Will definitely be upping the intensity of my cardio workouts to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Thank you. They're 17x8 +46 with 20mm adapters/spacers so I'm sitting +26 offset.
Those look good. I'm surprised how close they look to mine at +32mm offset.

Any farther out would look bad, they line up with the fender perfectly. If they stuck out farther it would just look stupid.

As for going lower . . . baby steps for me. But I do agree. I think it'd look better if it were a bit lower but I'd like to make it through an entire winter with the TRDs before committing to more of a drop. I'll probably be on this setup for at least a year or so.
^^^^ yeah that color goes great with your car and so do the spacers offset!
i agree with everyone else a bit lower would look clean but it looks great now and you have to deal with snow and things haha.
PS. the black lug nuts are perfect!!!!
