Nothing serious, but I would still take it back to the dealer and them to reseal the light with something permanent.
There's nothing to re-seal. The seal is below that area. If you open the hood and take a peek you can see it, and even stick your finger into the area and feel the opening in there.
There's nothing wrong with it.

I've got this too. I work for a car rental agency and our corolla's have that problem too after going thru the car wash. Another thing you'll see is that water will go in near the window along the b pillar of both driver and passenger door if you spray water horizontally at the windows. Poor design.
I've had this issue before while traveling for 4 hours on the highway during nighttime. I noticed the lens all fogged up the next morning. Then one day, while applying anti-rust in the inner fender, I happened to reach my headlight a bit and it got some black fluid on the side marker. It's not something really noticeable at the moment but I think the headlights should be completely sealed. After aging up it the plastic will get all yellow and ugly from the inside like the outside.
It happened on my brother's older civic coupe. He had one headlamp with constant water vapour in it and it got all yellow in almost 3 years. The other side is almost like new except the normal rock chips.
Does anyone else has seen water on the inside of their reflectors?
