You don't need the 20r head, besides the valves and ports on the 20r are way smaller than the 22r's. Plus 20r's have smaller combustion chambers than 22r's thus raising the compression which you don't want for turbo action. The 20r intake should fit the 22r with minimal modification.
Personally, I know hearing to put in a different make engine may not be what you care to hear but swapping in a 4.3 GM V6 is a far better investment. Kits are available and for the price it's unbeatable. The 4.3 can then be modded very cheaply. And it has just the right amount of torque for the toyota trans and axles.
