Since there is not any voice control ability of the nav like other factory nav systems, can you adjust it with the touch screen while driving or do you have to pull over and stop to do everything? Is XM radio included in the factory nav or is it an additional dealer add-on?

You don't get 440 watts and bluetooth like the JBL, but does the radio with nav system at least have better sound quality than the base single disc and 6-CD stereos you get if you don't select JBL or nav?
