Amp Questions

I am trying to keep the factory head unit to keep all of the factory otions usable (JBL system.) I have put in an aftermarket 5 channel amp using a Memphis 6 IX interface device. Amp plays well - definately added some volume and thump to my car. Here is the problem - when using the Bluetooth with my phone, I can barely hear the other person - the radio mutes as usual, but very little voice from the phone. They can hear me just fine. I suspect the wiring from the factory radio for the Bluetooth sound signal is not connected to the 6IX or the new amp. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the wiring of the JBL amp, inputs and outputs?? Any help on this would greatly be appreciated. This is a '09 Corolla S by the way. I think the wiring would be the same as the Camry radio, too.

Did you install it yourself, or did someone else do it? I'd take it to a car audio place and have them look at it.

A car stereo shop installed the amp, and the 6 IX. I just like to figure it out on my own. They seem clueless at this point.

Did you take it back to them and have them look at it, or did you explain the "symptoms" over the phone? If they installed it, they will most likely warranty their own work. Or at least work with it until they solve the issue.
