The dvd is tricky to burn successfully, but it does work if done correctly, although you have to enter a sequence of screen pushes each time you start the car to override it, still better than nothing I suppose.

I had a LS460L with an override module that I got from Prestigious Society. It will bypass the lockouts. They are on Tundrasolutions.com now:

I believe they use one for the Lexus, I typed in 2009 Corolla and lexus came up I have a email into them right now to find out.
