I have a 1993 Corolla DX Four Door. I lived in Chicago for five years driving this car. I did not like how it handled in the snow. The car is very light weight. It is very hard to make it up inclines without loosing traction.... However, I sure could count on the car starting.... everytime even in the coldest morning, -20 degrees or even colder with windchill. But again with the stock tires on 13 inch rims... and the car being light as a feather.... performance in snow I would consider to be fair.... now I live in Tennessee... and I drive my 13 year old car everyday 200 + miles to work and back. Best car ever made! The car will not die..... It's like having an old dog and wondering every day when this old thing will take its last breath.... but the truth it... this car will never die unless I total it in an accident..... parts are so cheap.... the car is easy to work on and we all have TN to help us out!
