Should I put this in the General Discussion? Oh well, it makes no difference where I put this post since people are going to read if they are interested. Well, I'm putting it in the Corolla Zone since today was more or less an AE86 Corolla invasion.
I'll give everyone the highlights. Todays event seemed to be very private and not alot of cars showed up. There were three AE86s in attendance today: Kenneth's black hatch, Nick's red coupe, and Ken's black hatch.
The folks at the track weren't too welcoming except for this dude who I believe drives a Mitsubishi 3000GT, from Michigan. He at least made the effort to talk to me before and after the race, which was cool.
Kenneth's AE86 blew everyone on the track including a Integra Type R - the organizer of the event.. Oops? :roll: Nick skills allowed him to overtake more than a dozen cars.. and Ken, well let's say he needs to work on his car a bit more before compeating with big boys.
Just kidding Ken!
The even was in my opinion,
okay. Majority of the people who attended were beginners who had no idea where the lines were.
Aiya, I didn't like the fact that some people bitched at us when they too aren't that great of drivers. Oh I really want to get my car on track next year and kick some arses!
Jeff, too bad you couldn't make it. I couldn't hear half of what you told me over the phone because Ken's car is so freakin' loud! Get a silencer, Ken!
I'm DEAF for goodness sake!
