USA 2017 Middle row rattels/vibrates

Hello,

Sorry but, I was not able to locate a thread if this was previously discussed.

I have 17 hl xle with bench seat. and my 40% middle row seat keeps vibrating to the point that the leather makes squeaking noise (as it rubs with the other seat) on local roads?

Does anyone had this issue? How was it fixed?

Thanks in advance

Make sure the 2nd row seat belts are in their holders. They can cause rattling.

Others have reported vibrating/shaking of both the bench and captain's chairs:

Yes on 17 limited w bench. Haven't played with it too much but it does seem to be the two seats rubbing as you describe on rougher back roads. I've moved the 40-split slightly forward in the meantime.

What did the dealer tell you when you took it back and asked them about this?

I get it too sometimes, I think it is the wires and dust cover under the seats that shake making the noise. When it warms up I'm going to zip tie them in place better to see if that helps.

For me it's surely the shoulder of bench seat rubbing. I sat there and hear where the noise is coming from?

Did the dealer hear the sound? If not, record it and show them the video.

I did have that too. I wiped some AmorAll between where the seat backs meet and it solved that issue for me.
