Well, seeing as nobody has really put up a summary, let me be the one to have the first...

Before I forget, Dickson, your headlights look awsome, as you were following me, i could see that they really do look very very white, but bright also... other H4 guys may want to look into that.

Anyways, sunday, Dickson and I meet up, and decide to head down to Woodbine Raceway, we Andrew Lee and his Gunmetal AE92 also decide to join us for the trip... about 30-40 mins later we all arrive there to be surprised by at least 8-12 corollas, alot of current gen, and even 1992-1996 and the freshly previous 1996-1999 models.

I finally had the opportunity to meet Arron and Eric Lee face to face and see the beast within. They had transplanted a 4A-GZE into their ae101, 1992-1996 model 4dr sedan. yes... impressive feat indeed, which i believe is the only one in toronto. I have been talking to Arron/Eric thru emails for the last 2 years almost, so it was great to finally meet these guys!

I had pretty much forgotten all the names of everyone.. there was a Brian who i think organized the meet, senior member of Corolla Customz, a Paul, but i have seemed to forgotten everyone else.

Started to rain pretty hard about 15 mins into the meet and we had all decided to go inside. We had a little meet and greet, and talked about our rides and what has been modified to it, and most of all, why we chose a Toyota. Afterwards, Jeff our resident stylin camry owner came up and check out the meet with us. Many pictures were taken and the turn out was great.

Everyone got a little squarmy for a few hours in the rain and cold, so Andrew/Arron/Eric and I all decided to head out to somewhere with a bathroom! haha, and we headed back to First Markham Place for a little more chat, sorry if I had bored the heck out of Diane, boys!! but anyways, overall it was a great turn out, and I hope pics will be up soon.

Line up of cars:

about 5 or 6 1999-2000-2001 corolla's, one had a very nice trunk lid lip spoiler which was a great touch.
i think about 4 1996-1999 corollas, interesting mods mainly interior dressup stuff, but great indeed
about 2-3 older corollas
1 ae92 4 dr, fog lights, some other interior stuff.
Marc's AE92 2dr.
and Jeff/Andrew/Dickson and I.
There was a Phillipino guy that also helped oraganize the entire thing, and actually, his corolla did have a body kit, but unfortunatly his car was rear ended and is being repaired as we speak,

Interesting we didn;t see those resident ae101 corollas and up with the body kits and dual exuasts and stuff.. I would expect those guys would have known about it.

BOO and no AE92 Levin;s also.. that kinda sucks.. but overall i would have to say that this meet really made my weekend haha.. and it was good to know of another club in toronto that is pretty interested in their cars!!!

Man, I can't imagine if it DIDN:T RAIN!!.. the turn out would have been great!

Me really thinks it is time for all those CAMRY;'s to come out and represent.. Phi/Dickson/Jeff just don't do it man!!

thanks
andrew
