csaxon: Your instructions are incorrect. Toyota's TSB on this subject specifically says NOT to disconnect the airgbag harness. It also has specific instructions where to "displace" the harness while performing this operation, so as not to damage it. You've also omitted the warning about not pinching and damaging the airbag wiring, although that certainly seems pretty self-evident. There's also a step for dealing with the trunk opener switch that's also in the way, so as not to damage it, the a/b harness, or the filter. See Toyota TSB AC006-99.
