don't use the IHI
the probe/mx6/626 IHI's are very small turbo, even tho they were installed on 2.2L engines, the engines they were installed on were 8 valve, with very low compression and very low volumetric efficiency compared to a B18, and the HP peak was around 4800 rpm. I have a copy of the engineering guide from IHI, as well as the compressor maps, the one you are looking at is rated for a maximum of around 160HP, which is conservative. The mx6 guys can squeeze 200 whp out of this unit when running at boost levels beyond the efficiency range of that turbo, which is only good for short stints.
Stay away from the RHB5 series period, in general their turbine is just too small for your B18, and just barely big enough for my 4age. If it spools quick on my 4ag, it will spool way too quick on your B18 and probably choke up around 5500 rpm.
A good junk yard turbo for your car would be a garrett air research T3 from a Mercury Merkur/cougar or Ford T-bird up to and including 1986. Be careful, some of them came with an IHI, make sure you get the garrett. These are either 60/48 or 60/63 trim units, it will still spool well on your B18 and will make upto around 300 HP at the wheels, and can run upto ~20 psi ( the 48 will spool quicker, the 60 will perform a little better at high rpm, the 60 is on the auto transmission models )
Definitely look at turboedit or uberdata for that car.
Good luck! Should make for a very fun ride.
