Oh my bad the pictures work now lol if only the renderings were in black.....

I really want to know if the engine will be the 2ZR-FE or the 2ZR-FAE.it shows that the engines are pretty much the same except the 2ZR-FAE has the valvematic system and it makes 140-147 hp with 173-179 N-m of torque. The redline is at 6600 rpm and it uses 5-10% less fuel than the 2ZR-FE.I'm pretty sure this could be the new engine since the 2ZR-FAE is replacing the 2ZR-FE in most cases. Pair that with a 6 speed manuel transmission and I would really be happy!

I also want to see what TRD parts Toyota is going to sell for it(hoping for a limited slip differential)

I'm starting to get confused now. Here is what the Corolla transformed into from three stages....

stage 1:the spotings(prototype)

stage 2:the concept

stage 3:the leaked images

Unless if Toyota is making sure this car is truely amazing, then Toyota is making a lot of changes to it.

I'm confused too. So far nothing is adding up. I'm hoping the "leaked" Corolla we've seen doesn't represent the Corolla we'll be getting in the US. The Furia is a great looking concept. The closer they can stay to that design the better.

Exactly!I hope the car ends up looking like this:

These are the renderings and they don't look bad at all.Well,Redfisher did tell us the rear tail lights look the exact same as the Corolla Furia. Here's a thread Redfisher did in RedFlagDeals which he explains a bit more of the 2014 Corolla.http://f.redflagdeals.com/showthread.php?t=1288307&

Another thing I noticed is about the Corolla Furia's tires! Here's a few pictures:

If you look at the tires closely(you might have to zoom in to see them),you can see they are Bridgestone Potenza S001(I think). Those tires are the sports lineup of Bridgestone!

I'm guessing that the 2014 Corolla will be like how the 10th gen turned out....

2009 Toyota Corolla S3 Concept

2009 Toyota Corolla

See how not much changed from the car.The only changes were the grill, the rims, the color, the rear lip spoiler, the exhaust tips, interior leather and the name(took out the S3 and is called Corolla). So that's probably how the 2014 Corolla will turn out to be!

2014 corolla

That S3 concept was from SEMA, not the NAIAS.

All cars at SEMA are decked out. Compare apples to apples.
