Where's GM? Even Hyundai is like at 84 or something.

Of course Toyota has to be up there. I'm sure Hyundai will be moving up that list too.

^ this is based off of the brand value.

For example, Coca-Cola's brand value is worth $67 billion dollars. This is how much the name itself is worth. If you wanted to buy the company, it's assets and everything would be say $1 billion dollars...but it's brand (essentially goodwill) is worth $67 billion...that's how much you would have to pay (in a finanical sense) on top of the $1 billion to buy the company. Coca cola is just well-recognized, moreso than Microsoft.

ven KFC and Pizza Hut made the list. I cant see how none of the GM companies made it onto the list. Maybe it is due to the fact that they dont hve Chevrolet except really in the US. Overseeas they have Holden, Saab, Opel and others that are not well known outside of their respective markets. Whereas Ford is sold as Ford all over the world. Isnt the only GM brand aht is widely recognized outside of the US, Cadillac and I have heard Buick does fairly well in China or soemthing like that.
