Dunno, but it certainly is not based on L-Finesse. It just looks like the current generation ES just tweaked and modified. L-Finesse rocks (L-Finesse truly made the IS marvellous looking) and it will look something similar to the new concept car they revealed in Tokyo.

I'm usually the type that say "wow" but I think this is the first time I'll say it looks photoshopped. Here are my reasons

1) Looks like someone took the 01 ES and made it look like the 02 ES.
2) The bumpers look out of place on a luxury vehicle (looks added on vs the integrated look of current models)

Don't forget about Chicago, it's one of the largest shows.

LA or Chicago would be more realistic than NY in my opinion.
