Nice

Toyota needs to follow Nissan and bring out a bigger V8, say in the 5.5L range, then maybe this family would switch over. Currently, the 4.7 doesn't make enough power to pull big trailers and I think more GM/Ford/Dodge pickup guys wouldn't have to say "well, it doesn't have the power I'd like...." Me personally, I'd buy one if I was in the market.
Nice work Toyota, they're actually starting to realize that styling matters (DCX 300, Carger, Challenger, Magnum, anyone?) and are making their products with some pizazz finally!

^ Only if it has 600lb ft of torque at 2000 rpm also.
dunno if it will, but that would be awesome.
HP on trucks doesn't matter as much. It's all about torque.

Im guessing with 400hp and towing of 10000lbs that they will of remembered that it needs plenty of torque.

The Tundra sales projections for toyota are astronomical in 2007 compared to 06.

fan

It actually screams "Kiss my ass Ford, Dodge!!"

Acutally, I do see some Ford F-150 in the profile of that purple Tundra. Then again, the Tundra copied the styling inside out of the F150 and inverted it. I think with almost all new models comming out, this should be a good year for Toyota.
