Toyota wins NCTS Michigan

Johnny Benson wins in Michigan (his home track apparently other than Mike Skinner), beating out the all conquering Mark Martin in the Ford and Bobby Labonte in the Chevy. Todd Bodine got 4th place as well.

Good race overall, and what a nice place for Toyota to win at

It was funny during the rain delay of the Cup race, they were talking about how Michigan is a really big race for Ford and GM and how they pretty much see it as a "home game" where they have lots of hospitality events and how they really want to win the race because its huge bragging rights.
I couldnt help but think, "I wonder how they are going to feel if a Toyota wins that race next year."

It was a really good race. Man, Johnny Benson's Tundra flew off the line on the restart for the green-white checkered. I think he had like 2-3 truck lengths on Mark Martin going into turn 1, but it was such a nail biter because it looked like Martin was gonna get past Benson a lap later with 1 to go.

I'm glad Toyota held off Ford. Toyota was also the only manufacturer with 2 trucks in the top 5, but all manufacturers had at least 1 truck in there though. Toyota leads the drivers and manufacturers standings.
