You did?
I didn't?
I must apologize for not being at your beck and call, y'Majesty...I didn't realize how imperative it was to read every single following post.
Anyhoo, here's the belated results of yet another Google search; probably took all of 0.027 seconds...:
First, from the Federal Guv:

Then, from the ever-wonderful Wikipedia:

Whether you have a financial interest at stake or not, I can't fault you for promoting Ford (or whoever) here. The buyer must beware, I guess.
However, I strongly disagree with your promoting Ethanol fuels as many on this board have older cars that may be damaged due to alcohol-based fuels. Owners must be very careful that their cars meet manufacturer approval before using ethanol, regardless of the make.
The fact is, I don't know if my older Toyotas would be damaged or not. I'm simply not willing to take the risk. When Toyota gives the OK, then I'll feel OK. I do know that both my cars run better on Tier 1 (Chevron) gasoline than off-brands, for whatever that's worth. If I could burn biofuels in my cars, though, I'd start tomorrow.
