Gs430

Wonder how many '07 GS430's they'll sell this year. Yes, the car has more luxury ammenities, engine has more torque, quieter, smoother than a V6, but with poorer mileage, higher price, same accel numbers, it has very little going for.

Remember, you can also get a 450h for best (GS) gas mileage with a very similar price to the 430. Not sure how it compares in smoothness and luxury content categories.

I think IS300 with the 3GR engine is very likely for the next entry IS. This engine came out same time with the 2.5L so it's fairly new. If it's gonna be a 3GR-FSE it will have direct injection, as in JDM '06 Mark-X. It has also been mated to RWD and AWD drive trains with 6-sp auto in many JDM models and in '06 GS300.
