Wow I doubt we'll see some of those features in the U.S. for a while if so it'll probably be only avaible for Lexus models. Those head restraints look better than active head restraints. If Toyota would use those head restraints for their cars they'll do very well in IIHS rear crash protection. If you look at Toyota's rear crash protection for IIHS they either do marginal or poor.

Much of this will be in the new LS46 (IS460 is a typo in the article).

But I don't like this source. I took a look in another article and found this: "We’ve got no idea what the heck Volvo is doing there, but it seems the Germans have a penchant for boring cars."

That sound like something a Saab fanboy would say. It doesn't belong in a piece of journalism.
