"Arriving next spring is the all-new 2006 GS. Lexus has provided a peek at the new GS sport sedan, and it will be more powerful and utilize the latest in advanced technology to improve performance and handling. This will also be the first GS to offer all-wheel drive, and will also include the Lexus Vehicle Dynamic Management system. Power will come from either a new 245-horsepower 3.0-liter V6, or the Lexus 4.3-liter V8 with a preliminary rating of 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. Lexus says the look of the GS is a new, more passionate direction in styling that will be carried forward to future Lexus models. The GS has a more sculpted and artistic look, and the overall appearance is made more powerful with a longer wheelbase and shorter overhangs. "




Also. (i'm a fan of teh G35... =) G35 gets more hp next year with 298hp from 280hp) Wee!

Looks to me as the front is kinda AVOLON. The side body panels (doors) is from new SOLARA, windows are in Maxima style... maybe the rear like SC300 or Maxima. Lol I really don't know

Old news. I've already knew about this months ago. It's a bad as car btw. US version only. There's no toyota model that looks like that I believe.

it just looks like a more stylish GS than before.... it still has its dual lamp housingand signature turnsignal in the headlamps.

all the new Lexus models will start to get the sharp cue lines like the GS. the new SC which will be most likely an 07 model will looks similar in the Gs in the lines.

What I like is about the new 06 model is the push start/stop button.

...it's kinda weird that the temperature is the largest number on the dial, though.

its done that way cause its a pain to keep looking over and seeing what the temp is on the center console, and if this is anything like how the current GS, ES, and such is set-up you can change the temp to something else via buttons on the sterring wheel

I've seen those pics floating for over a year already! I'm diggin' it. Looks sweet, but like always that aristo/GS is gonna be WAY over what i would possibly ever want to buy! I'm happy with my Camry/solara/Es priceranges!
