Should we get a forum dedicated to talking about music such as what are you listening to and talk about artists, new songs, etc.?

I think that's going a little too far. There are hardly any music threads as it is now. And the only time there are music threads, it's a repeat of "what are you listening to?". That's the only thread that ever comes up, and that's once a month as it is. I think a forum would be a waste of space.

We have a tech section. Both of those fit under it

How about a forum about made How to's or something where you can only make a thread if you ask a mod for permission? That'll prevent newbs from whoring it up.

So we should runs public forums like a police state? Nobody can do anything unless they are told it is ok?

And I already told you "How-To" threads are writen as people feel the need. And they are posted where they are needed. I post general ones in Tech, and ones that are related specifically to a model, I post in that section.
