Yes they can! When you register, you enter your birth date (To verify that your over 13), which is how we have peoples birthdays listed each day. So we could use that to lock minors out. And there are only a few minors on the board from what I gather.

the onl real way to to verify age is by credit check and listing a cc number, which I'm sure a vast majority of TN membes dont have

And everyone know-a-days has a check card. And my check card is a Visa. I bet most people have them. And if they don't have them, then they just can't play. That's what they get for having bad credit
People aren't going to assume we have a casino. So why would they fake an birthdate before signing up? If they did, then they had some other motive for it.
